- Category & Supplier Strategy
- Own category and supplier strategies for Events, Employee Transport, Gifting and Marcom, in close collaboration with senior procurement leaders and business stakeholders
- Build deep, ground-level market intelligence — rate benchmarks, new and alternate vendors
- Drive year-on-year cost improvement and value creation across the assigned scope, without compromising service quality, timelines or compliance
