About the role
analysis and monitor of current quality topics/ rejection in production and initiate actions for improvements Regular visit to assembly supplier location for monitoring, training etc. (local travel-80%) Customer /site visit for analysis in relation to complaint management, as necessary (domestic travel event based)
What you'll do
- Preparation and implementation of Control plan including inspection method
- Planning of Instruments, gauges, test setup etc. and ordering for the same including improvements therein
- Review of product/process specifications, amendment/product changes through PLM/SCM process
- Assessment of changes for identifying risks; suggest changes for improvement
- First sample inspection & ISIR preparation for products
