About the role
We are seeking a Process Assurance Consultant to join our Global Customer Services team in Pune. In this middle management role reporting to the Head of QA&C CoE, you will be responsible for defining, maintaining, and improving our quality management system to meet business expectations.
What you'll do
- Define, maintain, and improve the quality management system that meets business expectations and regulatory compliance requirements
- Develop and administer quality systems, tools, and materials, implementing ISO 9001, ISO 27001, SOC2, TISAX, and continuous improvement processes
- Contribute to setting direction and policies related to quality disciplines across the organization
- Identify and implement ISO 9001 requirements relevant for services, support, and development functions
- Enable practitioners through creating and conducting trainings and assessments on key processes and quality methodologies
