About the role
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in plant utility operations and maintenance . The role will be responsible for the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of plant switchyards, HT/LT electrical systems and utility equipment , along with team leadership, EHS compliance, KPI monitoring and site coordination.
What you'll do
- Operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of plant switchyard and utility systems
- Maintenance of Air Compressors, Dryers, Chillers, LPG/HSD Yard, HT/LT Panels, APFC Panels , and other plant utility equipment
- Plan and monitor daily maintenance activities
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of breakdowns and prepare reports for the customer
- Monitor and plan spares and critical maintenance requirements
