About the role
We are looking for an experienced Electrical O&M professional with 5–8 years of hands-on experience in plant utilities and 132 kV or above switchyard operations and maintenance . The role involves technical ownership of electrical and utility systems, troubleshooting, maintenance planning, team leadership and ensuring compliance with EHS and site requirements.
What you'll do
- Operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of plant utility equipment and electrical systems
- Handle maintenance and troubleshooting of 132 kV or above Switchyard equipment, Transformers, HT/LT Panels, APFC Panels, Air Compressors, Dryers, Chillers
- Ensure reliable operation and availability of electrical and utility systems
- Diagnose equipment breakdowns and coordinate corrective maintenance activities
- Ensure maintenance activities are carried out safely and in accordance with applicable standards and procedures
