About the role
Further, we off er an extensive range of services for the complete lifecycle of the High Voltage /Extra High Voltage asset and projects including bay extension, substation modernisation, product retrofitting and overhauling, emergency services, breakdown services, Long Term Service Agreements (LTSAs), maintenance contracts, O&M contracts and spares.
What you'll do
- Handle service complaint of EHV Circuit Breakers (72.5 kV to 800 kV) from domestic and international customers
- Ensure timely response, registration, tracking and closure of customer complaints and service requests
- Manage installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency breakdown support activities
- Provide advanced technical guidance for fault diagnosis, root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Drive customer satisfaction initiatives and implement action plans to improve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)
