About the role
The Mendix Cloud Logging & Monitoring team is responsible for building and maintaining the complete solution which provides our customers with logs, metrics and alerts of their applications running on our infrastructure at any point. The team is responsible for this infrastructure and the underlying services, spread across 30+ production deployments across the globe, 24/7, with 4 nines of uptime
What you'll do
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver solutions that meet business objectives
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, nhance automation, and increase efficiency in managing backups across our Cloud product
- Monitoring: Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana
