What you'll do
- Design performance test strategies: Plan and execute load, stress, scalability, endurance, spike, capacity, and benchmark tests using realistic workload models
- Develop performance automation: Build and maintain reusable performance test scripts, frameworks, and workload-generation solutions using tools such as JMeter, k6
- Analyze and troubleshoot performance: Investigate latency, throughput, resource utilization, and system behavior to identify bottlenecks and perform root-cause analysis
- Establish performance baselines: Compare results across builds and releases, identify regressions
- Test cloud-native and distributed systems: Evaluate APIs, microservices, databases, and enterprise applications across containerized and cloud-based environments
