Tendering Manager – EHV Substations at Siemens. Drive business growth by identifying and evaluating tender opportunities across HV/EHV AIS & GIS substations, transmission lines, switchyards, EPC projects.
What you'll do
- Drive business growth by identifying and evaluating tender opportunities across HV/EHV AIS & GIS substations, transmission lines, switchyards, EPC projects
- Monitor utility tenders, government procurement portals, private sector RFQs, and emerging market opportunities to support strategic business expansion
- Lead bid/no-bid evaluations by assessing project viability, competitive landscape, risk profiles, customer requirements, and organizational capabilities
- Build and strengthen relationships with utilities, consultants, EPC partners, renewable developers, industrial customers, and key industry stakeholders
- Lead the complete tendering lifecycle from opportunity identification through bid submission and contract award
