What you'll do
- Apply deep transformer domain expertise to identify and develop high-value use cases across the transformer lifecycle
- Lead reverse-engineering of transformer designs and manufacturing processes to identify critical bottlenecks and drive lead-time reduction initiatives
- Develop novel solutions for transformer engineering, design optimization, diagnostics, condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, and asset reliability
- Translate complex transformer engineering problems into data and AI problems that can be practically solved
- Work with engineering data, operational data, test results, sensor data, historical performance, and technical documentation to develop data-driven solutions
