What you'll do
- Responsible for weld quality control incl. defect control through regular analysis and training
- Responsible for controlling heat treatment activities on shop floor
- Identify process improvement opportunities and work with relevant stakeholders to implement them via projects/initiatives
- Prepare and maintain welding documents like Weld map, Weld plan, WPS, BPS, PQR, WPQ, WOPQ, BPQ, Welder continuity records etc
- Supervision of all fabrication activities going on shop floor for effective implementation of correct processes being followed
