About the role
A true expert in the insurance space must understand the interconnectedness of insurance products, claims ecosystems, underwriting dynamics, customer journeys, regulatory requirements, and operational processes. In this role, you will drive strategic initiatives, foster innovation, and provide visionary direction to our insurance practice with a strong focus on insurance analytics and AI-led transformation.
What you'll do
- Good understanding on Life & Supplemental
- The leader must be aware of the latest technologies used by insurance institutions across Data Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, GenAI, workflow automation
- Drive cultural transformation and buy-in across business, operations, claims, actuarial, technology, and analytics teams
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and business development teams to develop go-to-market strategies, identify key insurance clients
- Work in a matrix environment to manage and deliver solutions, POVs, and transformation programs across multiple accounts, stakeholders, and regions
