What you'll do
- Business Partnership & Strategy

- Translate business goals into structured learning roadmaps covering technical, leadership, and behavioral competencies
- Develop and execute an AI capability-building roadmap for employees, aligned with business priorities and emerging technology trends
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on talent development and skill readiness
