About the role
The Network Delivery Lead is responsible for the global delivery, operational excellence, governance, and continuous improvement of Signify's Network and Network Security services. This role leads a globally distributed team operating across regional hubs and is accountable for the reliability, availability, security, performance, and lifecycle management of network services supporting all Signify sites, users and business applications.
What you'll do
- Lead the global Network Delivery organization supporting across the globe
- Execute the service roadmap for network and network security services
- Establish global operating standards, governance, and service delivery processes
- Ensure network services remain secure, resilient, scalable, and aligned with business requirements
- Deliver services through a global follow-the-sun support model across regional hubs
