About the role
The Technical Engineer will support the development, enhancement, and operations of the enterprise Virtual Chatbot platform. This role focuses on building conversational capabilities, integrating systems, maintaining platform stability, and enabling new use cases. The engineer will work closely with the Virtual Chatbot Lead, product teams, SMEs, and automation squads to deliver high‑quality chatbot experiences.
What you'll do
- Chatbot Development & Configuration
- Build and maintain conversational flows, intents, entities, prompts, and logic
- Configure LLM powered components and optimize responses for accuracy and relevance
- Implement enhancements based on user feedback, analytics, and new requirements
- Develop and maintain API integrations between the chatbot and enterprise platforms (ITSM, HR, Operations, workflow engines, etc.)
