About the role
The Lead Software Quality Engineer, an Individual Contributor, is a Functional Quality Expert responsible for driving company-wide adoption of the IoT Software Quality Framework across the connected lighting ecosystem, including edge devices (luminaires, drivers, controllers), platforms, gateways, cloud, mobile applications, and security layers.
What you'll do
- Ensure system-level traceability across hardware–firmware–cloud–app interactions
- Partner with device, cloud, and mobile R&D teams to embed “Built-in Quality.”
- Translate governance standards into practical guidance aligned to Agile / SAFe / DevOps
- Enable cross-layer dashboards for leadership visibility
- Drive early risk detection through data analytics and release readiness reviews
