About the role
The Regional Rewards Leader is responsible for leading and continuously improving Rewards programs across India, ASEAN, Pacific and METAP. The role partners closely with business leaders, HRBPs, Finance, Global Rewards CoE and external providers to design, implement and govern competitive, fair and cost-effective rewards solutions.
What you'll do
- Responsible for leading and continuously improving Rewards programs across India, ASEAN, Pacific and METAP
- Design, develop and monitor rewards programs at local and regional level
- Use external market insights and internal data to assess the competitiveness, fairness and employee relevance of rewards programs
- Ensure rewards solutions are aligned with business priorities across the region and tailored to local market needs where appropriate
- Monitor and analyze program effectiveness, identify improvement opportunities and translate insights into practical actions
