Demonstrate suitable construction products for customers, proactive sampling, speedy complaint resoltion, maintaining RCA & Product Application training for customers, maintain customer activity calender. Stay abreast of market trends as well as changes in market and competitive landscape and initiate necessary actions.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot to determine reasons for problems of complaints
- Provide technical support to customers /contractors on site
- Provide support to Sales team to conduct product sampling/ demonstration at site
