About the role

Source suitable candidates through recognized job portals and internal ATS tool. Screen resumes and share shortlisted profiles with the respective hiring managers for further evaluation. Coordinate interview schedules, manage candidate communication, and ensure a smooth interview process. Maintain and update recruitment trackers, daily hiring reports, and related documentation with accuracy.

What you'll do

• Support the onboarding process, including documentation review, verification, and completion of joining formalities
• Assist the HR team with essential operational tasks and provide administrative support as required
