What you'll do
- Strategic Account Management Develop and execute national KPM strategy for key developers across Bangalore & Hyderabad
- Build and strengthen relationships with developers, consultants, architects, PMCs, and key stakeholders
- Identify strategic developer accounts and drive preferred vendor positioning
- Generate and manage business opportunities across waterproofing, admixtures, flooring, roofing, repair, building finishes, and related construction solutions
- Influence specifications at design stage and ensure conversion into business
