About the role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated SQA (Software Quality Assurance) Director to lead the quality strategy, planning, and execution for our platform, compute, and device driver software components. This role will be responsible for ensuring that our foundational software layers meet the highest standards of reliability, performance, and security across multiple product lines.
What you'll do
- Leadership & Strategy Lead and mentor a team of SQA engineers focused on platform, compute, and device driver validation
- Define and implement quality assurance strategies, processes, and metrics to ensure robust and scalable software releases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, product management, hardware engineering, and customer support) to align QA priorities with product goals
- Quality Planning & Execution Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automation frameworks for platform and driver-level software
- Ensure coverage for functional, performance, stress, compatibility, and security testing
