About the role
You will apply DevOps principles to enhance package management, develop CI/CD patterns, and optimize embedded software build and release processes. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams within the Wi-Fi software organization to ensure efficient, high-quality software delivery for both internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Work with cross-functional teams within the Wi-Fi software organization to architect, develop, and deploy CI/CD pipelines tailored for embedded software products
- Maintain and improve existing CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure
- Define and implement the technical vision for embedded software build and release processes for the Wi-Fi software teams, in collaboration with infrastructure and SRE
- Identify opportunities to automate workflows, improve efficiency and reduce manual effort in software delivery
- Establish metrics and advocate software development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects
