About the role
We are seeking a hands-on Senior Engineering Manager to lead a team developing software for next-generation Wi-Fi connectivity solutions. The successful candidate will combine technical expertise, execution excellence, and people leadership to deliver high-quality software across multiple layers of the Wi-Fi protocol stack.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end delivery of critical Wi-Fi software components, ensuring they meet performance, reliability, quality and schedule commitments
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of embedded software engineers
- Contribute technically through design reviews, architecture discussions, debugging, and hands-on development
- Drive Agile development practices — ensuring effective backlog management, sprint planning, and delivery execution while fulfilling product owner responsibilities
- Collaborate with architects, hardware designers, QA, and applications engineering to ensure seamless integration and successful product delivery
