About the role
Silicon Labs is building a world-class Software Centre of Excellence in Hyderabad, and we are looking for an experienced Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Manager to build and lead our Multiprotocol QA team .
What you'll do
- Lead, build, and manage a high-performing Multiprotocol SQA team in Hyderabad
- Own people management responsibilities including hiring, onboarding, resource planning, mentoring, performance management
- Drive the validation strategy and execution for EFR-based multiprotocol solutions , with predominant focus on IEEE 802.15.4, BLE, OpenThread, and Matter over Thread
- Ensure the team delivers high-quality test coverage for new features, interoperability scenarios, system integration, and regression testing
- Partner closely with firmware, embedded software, applications, program management, and global engineering teams across regions to align on priorities, schedules
