About the role
This role is ideal for someone early in their HR career who wants hands-on exposure across recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance. You’ll work closely with founders and team leads to help build a strong, people-first workplace.
What you'll do
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Coordinate onboarding and documentation for new hires
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Maintain employee records, HR documents, and policies
- Support payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
