About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Partner Manager to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the Field Partner Team department, with a proven track record of managing relationships with partners and driving business growth.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with field partners in Delhi, ensuring their needs are met and issues are addressed in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth and achieve targets set for the region
- Provide training and support to field partners on our products and services, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools needed to succeed
- Monitor partner performance and provide regular feedback and guidance to help them improve and grow their business
- Identify new partnership opportunities and work with the sales team to onboard new partners in the region
