About the role
We are looking to hire Tele callers for our Pune branch. The ideal candidates should have strong communication skills and the ability to engage with potential clients over the phone. They will be responsible for making outbound calls, sharing product information, and scheduling client appointments.
What you'll do
- Make outbound calls using the data provided
- Source additional relevant data from the internet to identify and contact potential clients
- Schedule client appointments and update call records regularly
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer engagement during calls
- Follow up with leads to ensure proper conversion and appointment confirmation
