About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Non Technical Recruiter with 2-4 years of experience in Non IT hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, sourcing top technology talent, and delivering quality hires within defined timelines.
What you'll do
- Working and managing end-to-end recruitment within the stipulated timelines and building the talent pipeline to achieve hiring targets
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, social media, networking, and internal databases
- Track recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, and Source Effectiveness
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
