Outreach/Gong Administrator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Outreach and Gong Administrator to manage and optimise our sales engagement and revenue intelligence platforms, including their integrations with Salesforce and the wider sales technology ecosystem. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and technical development of Outreach, including reporting, sequence management, triggers, automations, flows, and Salesforce integrations.

What you'll do

• Dashboards, reporting, and performance analysis
• System updates, enhancements, and configuration improvements
• Partner with sales and operational teams to design scalable Outreach processes that improve seller productivity, engagement, and pipeline generation
• Track platform adoption, sequence performance, conversion rates, and return on investment, producing clear reporting and actionable recommendations for stakeholders
• Act as a hands-on Gong Administrator responsible for the configuration, optimisation, and ongoing management of the platform
