About the role
Reporting to the Project Manager/APM, in this role you will oversee a region comprising multiple hubs or field offices. You will manage a team of Assistant Technical Coordinators, technicians, site operatives, and trainees, and drive them to install our biodigesters in accordance with our global quality standards.
What you'll do
- Oversee a region comprising multiple hubs or field offices
- Manage a team of Assistant Technical Coordinators, technicians, site operatives, and trainees
- Manage technical operations in your region in line with Sistema.bio global quality standards
- Manage cross-departmental collaboration at the regional level between technical, commercial, and credit teams
- Oversee all technical training programs in your region
