About the role
Reporting to the VP-People India, the Recruitment Associate will recruit and onboard top talent into Sistema.bio efficiently, while promoting the Sistema.bio brand. He/she will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees into the company as per the Hiring Plan.
What you'll do
- Reporting to the VP-People India, the Recruitment Associate will recruit and onboard top talent into Sistema.bio efficiently, while promoting the Sistema.bio brand
- Responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees into the company as per the Hiring Plan
- Developing a Hiring Plan and ensuring its implementation as per the timelines
- Supporting field recruitment with the techops and sales teams by building best practices, running examples and going to the field when needed
- Managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle for contract employees through to the exit process, including but not limited to onboarding, employee records, grievances
