SJ Contracts Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an IT Support Executive for our Pune location. We are hiring for both Full-Time and Internship positions. Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and IT-related issues. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
What you'll do
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and IT-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
- Troubleshoot operating systems, applications, network connectivity, and email issues
- Manage user accounts, system access, and basic IT security requirements
- Assist with LAN/WAN connectivity, Wi-Fi, and internet troubleshooting
