About the role
SJ Contracts Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Planning Engineer to develop, monitor, and control project schedules, resources, and progress. The role is responsible for ensuring effective planning, tracking project performance, identifying potential delays, and supporting project teams in achieving project milestones within approved timelines and budgets.
What you'll do
- Project Planning & Scheduling
- Prepare baseline project schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and project execution plans
- Develop detailed construction programs, resource plans, and milestone schedules
- Establish project timelines in coordination with project teams and stakeholders
- Update and maintain project schedules regularly
