SJ Contracts Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Executive – Recruiter to join our Human Resources team.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, networking and headhunting
- Screen profiles and conduct initial HR discussions
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
- Handle CTC negotiations, offer rollouts and joining follow-ups
