About the role
We are seeking an Agentic Solutions Manager to own the delivery, deployment, and expansion of Skan’s agentic AI platform at our most strategic enterprise accounts. In this role, you will be the single point of accountability for customer outcomes — leading complex implementations, building trusted relationships with VP and C-suite stakeholders, and driving measurable business value from day one.
What you'll do
- Customer Delivery & Deployment
- Own End-to-End Delivery: Take full ownership of 2–3 concurrent agentic AI deployment programs at Tier-1 enterprise clients
- Be the Client’s Trusted Advisor: Serve as the primary point of accountability for VP and executive-level client sponsors, ensuring transparent communication
- Drive Cross-Functional Execution: Coordinate internal teams — Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Sales — to deliver a seamless and integrated client experience
