About the role
The Senior Technology Architect is the senior technical authority for our most strategic and high-value accounts. You own the full solution journey — from discovery of the customer's enterprise tech environment through gap analysis, solution design, and coordinated delivery — ensuring every deployment is architecturally sound, integration-ready, and set up for long-term success.
What you'll do
- Conduct deep-dive technical discovery of the customer's enterprise tech stack and infrastructure
- Perform tech fitment and gap analysis, mapping the customer environment to the platform stack to surface integration gaps and deployment risks
- Design end-to-end solution and integration architectures covering VA deployment, gateway setup, and cloud connectivity
- Select the appropriate deployment model (cloud, hybrid, or on-prem) and define HA/DR and backup design patterns
- Present solution proposals and architecture to customer CTOs, architects, and IT leadership
