What you'll do

• This role is a critical business and culture enabler within the Communications team, responsible for driving employee engagement, core culture and strategy
• This role gives direct exposure to cross culture team across India, Indonesia, ASEAN5 countries and other Europe regions as well
• Steward business priorities and strategy communications across leadership meets, events, and internal social platforms
• Lead execution of internal and leadership events , acting as a single‑point owner across planning, partners, timelines, and on‑ground execution
• Manage social media execution, content strategy and agency partnerships to develop internal and communication assets, providing direction and ensuring high quality
