About the role
Responsible for working on identified plant level process improvement and process implementation activities and execution of new product development. What you'll do
- Introduction of new Cutting tools and abrasives (Grinding,Turning & Honing) for output improvement & cost reduction
- Takes part in PFMEA, Control plan and other channel documents for New Product Development and revision of existing products
- Works on technology improvement projects like vision cameras and advanced manufacturing techniques
- Drive New Channel development & machine installation projects (Channel layouts, grinding/assembly, automation)
- Works on ECR for effective implementation of change management
