Job Architecture & IPE Specialist

About the role

In this role, you will deliver reliable and high‑quality job architecture and evaluation services, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and governance of job roles and position classes in SuccessFactors. You will manage evaluation cases using Mercer IPE methodology, support global stakeholders, and contribute to data quality, reporting, and continuous improvement within PX Operations

What you'll do

• Supports the maintenance and administration of Job Architecture in Global HRIS (SuccessFactors)
• Validation of requests and input data
• Performing job evaluations based on Mercer IPE methodology (when required)
• Reviewing and validating system-generated Position Class (PC) outcomes
• Communicating outcomes to stakeholders
