PX- Instructional Designer

About the role

As an Instructional Designer, you will design engaging, learner-centric digital and blended learning experiences in the flow of work for global audiences across SKF. You will work with SKF Academies, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders to translate complex business and technical concepts into structured, accessible, and outcome-driven learning solutions.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into appropriate learning solutions
• Translate complex business and technical concepts into structured, learner-centric content aligned with business objectives
• Develop storyboards, scripts, and visual designs that create an intuitive learner experience, effective learning flow, and clear alignment with instructional goals
• Apply instructional design principles, learning theories, and design models to create outcome-driven content that supports knowledge retention, behavior change
• Evaluate learning needs and select appropriate formats for each solution
