About the role
To run the site smoothly as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the work order and achievements of KPI as per milestones agreed with the customer. What you'll do
- Plan and execute roll grinding/turning, bearing maintenance, and equipment servicing
- Prepare and review SOPs, maintenance plans, and reports (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Coordinate with customers, sub-contractors, and internal teams
- Conduct audits (5S, safety, documentation)
- Identify and implement process improvements
