About the role
You’ll support end-to-end collections strategy with dashboards, benchmarks, and predictive analytics.
What you'll do
- Build daily dashboards for voice, SMS, and email performance funnels
- Develop account-specific benchmarks for onboarding, activation, and expansion stages
- Identify gaps and trends using historical data analysis
- Run predictive models for rollbacks, cure rates, and recovery likelihood
- Prepare QA sampling and reporting for agent call reviews
