About the role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Associate to join a growing team and support the day to day planning, execution, reporting and analysis of paid campaigns across our core platforms.
What you'll do
- Campaign Planning & Execution
- Assist in planning and setting up paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn
- Build and launch ad sets, audiences, creatives and campaign structures as briefed by the team lead
- Support day to day campaign management, including budget pacing, bid adjustments and pausing/scaling ad sets
- Coordinate with design and content resources to get creatives and copy ready for launch
