About the role
Skyworks’s RF & Mixed Signals Intelligence (RMI) Business Unit is seeking a Director, Firmware Engineering to lead its wireless engineering team in India comprising of firmware architects, developers and test engineers across various product segments.
What you'll do
- Lead software/firmware design and development in India
- Work closely with senior engineering leadership to formulate the best approach to support existing and seed new product ideas
- Hire and grow top talent in the India design center
- Drive collaboration within the team and across the groups spanning 3 geographies
- Push team towards organic innovation and generate IP in the process
