About the role
We are looking for an RF/EM Automation & Methodology Engineer to develop next-generation automation solutions for RF verification, electromagnetic analysis, and high-frequency design signoff. This role combines RF engineering expertise with software and workflow development, enabling scalable and efficient EM simulation methodologies across advanced wireless, connectivity, and RFIC products.
What you'll do
- Develop automated RF and EM verification flows using industry-leading EDA platforms
- Build methodology solutions around Keysight ADS, Cadence AWR/MWO, Cadence EMX, Nexus and RF simulation environments
- Perform die-level EM analysis—parasitic extraction, EM simulation, and correlation with measured data where available
- Build and apply thermal models, run static and dynamic thermal analysis and support thermal signoff criteria
- Automate RF extraction, simulation, post-processing, and result correlation workflows
