About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our recruitment team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle, employer branding initiatives, campus engagement programs, and talent acquisition operations.
What you'll do
- The Talent Acquisition Intern will support recruitment operations, campus engagement
- Support recruiters with interview coordination, candidate communication, job postings, resume screening, and sourcing activities
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure recruitment documentation is organized, confidential, and up to date
- Assist in preparing recruitment reports, dashboards, hiring metrics, and recruitment trackers
- Support campus recruitment activities, career fairs, university partnerships, and student engagement programs
