About the role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Sales Manager to lead the sales function for Loan Against Property (LAP) and Home Loan products. The role require strong expertise in secured lending, team management, and DSA/channel partner management. The ideal candidate should have the ability to drive business growth, build high-performing teams, and strengthen the local sourcing network.
What you'll do
- Drive branch-level business for LAP and Home Loan products
- Build and manage a strong network of DSAs, connectors, brokers, and channel partners
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
- Develop sourcing strategies to improve market penetration and business growth
- Monitor team productivity, pipeline management, and conversion metrics
