About the role
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to manage the preventive and breakdown maintenance of building/facility systems. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, troubleshooting ability, and experience in facility maintenance operations.
What you'll do
- Manage preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance activities
- Maintain electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing and building systems
- Inspect equipment and identify potential maintenance issues
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical breakdowns and ensure timely rectification
- Monitor DG, UPS, HVAC, pumps, motors, panels and other MEP equipment
