About the role
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing activities for our real estate projects, residential developments, and building promotion initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of real estate marketing, lead generation, digital marketing, branding, and customer acquisition .
What you'll do
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for residential and commercial real estate projects
- Generate qualified leads through digital, offline, and referral marketing
- Plan and manage campaigns across Google, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms
- Coordinate with sales teams to improve lead conversion and site-visit generation
- Develop project marketing materials including brochures, advertisements, creatives and presentations
