SMSTR90 - Senior Technical Writer

About the role

Work with developers, QA, product and support to gather accurate technical details and keep documentation aligned with each release. style guide, templates, terminology, and single-sourcing across products. Manage authoring and publishing workflows (Flare or MkDocs, Git, automated HTML/PDF builds), and migrate legacy Word, PDF and Flare content to modern formats.

What you'll do

• Plan, write and maintain installation, implementation, administration and user guides, release notes and online help for enterprise software products
• Work with developers, QA, product and support to gather accurate technical details and keep documentation aligned with each release
• Own documentation standards: style guide, templates, terminology, and single-sourcing across products
• Manage authoring and publishing workflows (Flare or MkDocs, Git, automated HTML/PDF builds), and migrate legacy Word, PDF and Flare content to modern formats
• Use AI tools to draft, edit, convert and audit content, and structure content for AI search and chatbots. Always verify output for accuracy and confidentiality
